STEP ONE - First of all visit our latest online gold prices only to check what price we are paying for your carat of gold, if you are happy and want to proceed please see step two.

STEP TWO - Once you have sorted your gold, place it into a box/jewellery box, you do not need to separate the carats as we will do this when we receive it and place it inside a Royal Mail special delivery bag filling out our address and your address as the return address.

STEP THREE - Please send us your parcel using Royal Mail special delivery as its tracked and insured, please cover your parcel according to how much gold you are sending using our latest online gold prices.

STEP FOUR - Once we have received your parcel we will work through separating them into there different carats and weighing the carats individually (if you would like a price on an item individually please let us with a note inside the parcel). Once your parcel has been sorted we will call or email depending on which one you prefer with a breakdown of prices and if you are happy and want to proceed please see step five.

STEP FIVE - Once we have spoken to you by email or phone we will arrange payment by bank transfer, for payments to be issued we need a photo of your ID (driving license or passport) emailed over to us along with bank details for payment. Payments usually take up to 2-3 days to be processed in which that time your receipt for the transaction will be emailed to you. For some reason you did not want to sell your gold and wanted it returned we can do so by Royal Mail special delivery with a charge of £10 to cover the postage costs.
